We collect information you provide directly to us, including:

• Look content: photos, product tags, AI summaries, and notes you create
• Affiliate links: product URLs you save to your Affiliate Vault
• Payment information: processed securely by Stripe — we never store your card details
• Usage data: how you interact with the platform, device type, and browser

• To provide and improve the GlamTrack platform and its features
• To generate AI-assisted look summaries and smart tags using your uploaded content
• To process your founding artist subscription through Stripe
• To send you product updates, launch announcements, and service emails

GlamTrack uses trusted third-party providers to operate our platform:

• Supabase — secure database and authentication infrastructure
• Stripe — payment processing (governed by Stripe's Privacy Policy)
• Anthropic / OpenAI — AI-assisted look summaries and tagging
• Vercel — platform hosting and delivery

We do not sell your data to third parties. Ever.

5. Your Client Data

As a makeup artist, the client data you enter into GlamTrack belongs to you. We do not share, sell, or use your client profiles, look history, or notes for any purpose other than providing you with the GlamTrack service. You can export or delete your data at any time by contacting us.

6. Data Retention and Deletion

We retain your data for as long as your account is active. If you cancel your account or request deletion, we will remove your personal data within 30 days, except where we are required to retain it for legal or financial compliance purposes.

7. Cookies

We use essential cookies to keep you logged in and maintain your session. We do not use advertising or tracking cookies. We do not share browsing data with ad networks.

8. Your Rights

You have the right to:
