GlamTrack™ is an AI-powered beauty workflow platform built for beauty professionals and their clients. GlamTrack is owned and operated by Grind Pretty, LLC ("Grind Pretty," "we," "us," or "our"). 2. Information We Collect

We collect information you provide directly to us, including:

• Account information: name, email address, and password when you sign up
• Profile data: professional details you add to your artist or creator profile
• Client data: client names, phone numbers, skin notes, preferences, and beauty history you log
• Look content: photos, product tags, AI summaries, and notes you create
• Affiliate links: product URLs you save to your Affiliate Vault
• Calendar data: appointment details you sync to Google Calendar via our integration
• Payment information: processed securely by Stripe — we never store your card details
• Usage and app data: how you interact with the platform, device identifiers, crash logs, and app performance data

3. How We Use Your Information

• To provide and improve the GlamTrack platform and its features
• To generate AI-assisted look summaries and smart tags using your uploaded content
• To process your Founding Beauty Pro subscription through Stripe
• To send you product updates, launch announcements, and service emails
• To respond to your support requests
• To maintain the security and integrity of the platform

4. Third-Party Services

GlamTrack uses trusted third-party providers to operate our platform:

• Supabase — secure database and authentication infrastructure
• Stripe — payment processing (governed by Stripe's Privacy Policy)
• Anthropic / OpenAI — AI-assisted look summaries and tagging
• Vercel — platform hosting and delivery
• Resend — transactional email delivery
• Google Calendar API — appointment sync for beauty professionals who enable the integration
• Expo / EAS — mobile app infrastructure and crash reporting

We do not sell your data to third parties. Ever.

5. Your Client Data

As a beauty professional, the client data you enter into GlamTrack belongs to you. We do not share, sell, or use your client profiles, look history, or notes for any purpose other than providing you with the GlamTrack service. You can export or delete your data at any time by contacting us.

6. Data Retention and Deletion

We retain your data for as long as your account is active. If you cancel your account or request deletion, we will remove your personal data within 30 days, except where we are required to retain it for legal or financial compliance purposes.

7. Cookies

We use essential cookies to keep you logged in and maintain your session. We do not use advertising or tracking cookies. We do not share browsing data with ad networks.

8. Your Rights

You have the right to:

• Access the personal data we hold about you
• Correct inaccurate data
