Terms of Service

1. Acceptance of Terms

By creating an account or using GlamTrack™ ("the Service"), you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please do not use the Service. GlamTrack is operated by Grind Pretty, LLC and accessible at glamtrack.ai.

2. Who Can Use GlamTrack

You must be at least 18 years old and a human individual (not a bot or automated service) to use GlamTrack. By using the Service, you represent that all information you provide is accurate and that you have the authority to bind yourself to these terms.

3. Founding Beauty Pro Subscription

The Founding Beauty Pro plan is offered at $29/year as a limited introductory rate. By purchasing a Founding Beauty Pro subscription:

• Your $29/year rate is locked in for as long as your subscription remains active and in good standing
• Billing is annual and processed securely through Stripe
• Full platform access begins on launch day, July 16, 2026
• Founding spots are limited to 100. Once sold, this pricing will not be available again.
• Refunds may be requested within 14 days of purchase by emailing hello@glamtrack.ai

4. Affiliate Vault and Monetization

GlamTrack's Affiliate Vault allows you to save and share your own affiliate links from third-party programs (Amazon Associates, Sephora, LTK, TikTok Shop, etc.). GlamTrack is not responsible for earnings, commission rates, or changes made by third-party affiliate programs. You are responsible for compliance with the terms of any affiliate programs you participate in.

5. Your Content

You retain full ownership of all content you upload to GlamTrack, including look photos, client notes, and product data. By uploading content, you grant GlamTrack a limited license to store and display that content solely for the purpose of providing you the Service. We do not use your content to train AI models or share it with third parties without your consent.

6. Client Data Responsibility

As a beauty professional using GlamTrack, you are responsible for obtaining any necessary consent from your clients before entering their personal information into the platform. GlamTrack processes this data on your behalf as a data processor.

7. AI-Generated Content

GlamTrack uses AI to generate look summaries and smart tags based on content you provide. AI-generated content is provided as a tool to support your workflow. You are responsible for reviewing and editing AI-generated content before sharing it with clients.

8. Prohibited Use

You agree not to:

• Use GlamTrack for any unlawful purpose
• Upload content that violates any third party's rights
• Attempt to access another user's account or data
• Reverse engineer or resell the Service
• Use automated tools to scrape or extract data from the platform

9. Limitation of Liability

GlamTrack is provided "as is." To the maximum extent permitted by law, Grind Pretty, LLC shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service, including loss of data, lost earnings, or business interruption.

10. Termination

You may cancel your account at any time by contacting us at hello@glamtrack.ai. We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms. Upon cancellation, you may request an export of your data within 30 days.

11. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. We will notify registered users by email of any material changes. Continued use of the Service after changes take effect constitutes your acceptance of the updated Terms.

12. Intellectual Property

GlamTrack™ is a trademark of Grind Pretty, LLC, with first use in commerce dating to July 2024. All rights in the GlamTrack name, logo, platform design, and associated intellectual property are owned exclusively by Grind Pretty, LLC. Unauthorized use of the GlamTrack name, mark, or branding — including in competing applications, services, or platforms — is strictly prohibited and may constitute trademark infringement. Nothing in these Terms grants you any right to use the GlamTrack name or marks for any purpose.
